Our first cookbook was created as a celebration of fresh, local gourmet mushrooms. For the next edition, we’re inviting restaurants, chefs, owners, and culinary professionals across the state to share their insights, favorite mushroom dishes, pairing ideas, or short notes on why mushrooms deserve a larger spotlight.
You don’t need to submit a full recipe (unless you want to). Even a few thoughtful sentences can help shape a stronger, more community-centered cookbook that highlights the talent we have here in Missouri.
